How do I make a booking?

Kindly email us, you planned Wedding date, Wedding Venue and Fiancé Name. We will then confirm date availability and supply you with a comprehensive Wedding Photography Quote. Once you have accepted our quote and paid the booking fee, we will confirm your booking.


Do you Travel?


Yes, no distance is to far, we love to travel! 


We include 100Km travel in a round-trip with all our packages, if you are getting married more than 50km from Jeffreys Bay, please contact us for a Location Wedding Quote.


Who will be the photographers at my wedding?


We [Rieg & AD] will both personally be present a your Wedding. 


Working together, we are able to capture more of the day, as well as intrude less, thereby capturing as many special moments as possible.


What Camera do you use and does it matter?


‘Yes and No’ - The answer to whether the type of Camera matter or not! 


A camera is only one of the tools that we use to create stunning images & memories. A professional camera would be useless in the hands of someone who does not know how to use it, that being said, in the right hands it can help to create truly amazing images. We currently use a Canon 1D MkIV, Canon 5D MkIII & a back-up camera. We further use a selection Canon L-series [professional] lenses & portable lighting by Elinchrom.



What coverage in terms of hours can we expect on our  Wedding day?


When we book a Wedding, we put the day aside for the Wedding Couple! That will result in no time limits [package dependant], so the Bride can relax - no extra invoices or worries about time limits from the Photographer. 


As soon as the Bride starts with her preparations, one of us will be there to capture every beautiful moment. We will capture the details at the venue before the ceremony, as well as photograph the Groom getting ready. We end the day at latest 23:00 [for a afternoon wedding], because if all formalities have not been completed by then, they never will be!! 


As a quick tip, we would suggest that the Bride and Groom get ready within close proximity of each other. The less we have to travel, the more time we have to create memories!


Why do I pay a booking fee?


Your booking fee secures our services for your wedding day because we may have other requests for the same date! Your booking fee gives you peace of mind that our services are booked and secured in advance. A Copy of our 'Standard Wedding Contract' can be viewed by clicking here.



If I cancel my wedding, is my booking fee refundable?


Unfortunately not, all booking fees are non-refundable. We would have rejected many other requests for the date you have booked. 


Dates will only  be transferred if the new proposed date is available and only if requested at least 3 months prior to the original wedding date.



When do we pay the final balance of payment?


The remainder of your Invoice is payable 10 days before your Wedding Day. Any Designer Albums / Prints are fully payable upon order.



When can I expect my final images?


As with all good things in Life, it takes some time for the magic to happen! We meticulously process all your images and as such,  require ±10 weeks after your wedding to complete your images & prepare your final Image disk. Remember you will have access to a selection of your images right here on our website, within 72 hours after your Wedding!


In the case of Designer Albums, we require a further ±4 weeks for the design & the print process usually takes 21 work days after confirmation of order & payment.
